EPISODE 1: REASON

  • Ask yourself why you want your goal?

  • Is that reason big enough to make you do the things you don’t want to do?

    Your perception of yourself continuously changes, self-esteem fluctuates. Have reasons that will keep you accountable. Where even on your worst day, it’s not up to you or how you feel to determine whether you act or not.

EPISODE 2: TIME

  • Get into the habit of taking time for yourself everyday.

  • Everyday.

The best plan in the world is worthless if we don’t take the time to execute it. We first need to get into the habit of taking time for ourselves, only then we can start to manipulate what to do with that time.

EPISODE 3: FOOD

  • Be mindful with the food you eat.

  • Strap in for a process that is unglamorous and unsexy.

    What is your meal doing for your goals? What is it not doing for your goals? How will it potentially benefit you? How will it potentially harm you?

    Start being mindful with your food, because food is one of the foundations you’ll need in order to take control of your health.

  • Increase activity.

  • Be ready for the idea of being more active.

  • Exercise is a building tool, not a destruction tool.

    Most of us live a sedentary lifestyle and the most beneficial thing we can do for our overall health is increasing overall general activity.
